Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to check-in (by 3 pm PST). Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card
charge for one night.*
Viceroy Palm Springs and The Tides South Beach
Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to check-in. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to check-in will result in a credit card
charge for one night.*
The Tides Zihuatanejo and The Tides Riviera Maya
A deposit of 50% of your entire stay will be charged at the time of booking.
During Summer Season (06/01-10/31) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
During Spring and Fall Seasons (01/06-05/31 & 11/01-12/19) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 21 days of arrival.
During Winter Season (12/20/07-01/05/08) deposit is non-refundable if cancelled within 90 days of arrival.*
No shows will result in a credit card charge for the entire stay.
*Special cancellation policies may apply for packages, promotions, certain arrival dates, and rates.
